After I received a 3-class Flex birthday gift from one of my closest girlfriends, I was immediately hooked! Fortunately, I had Kara to kick-off my new obsession with patience, guidance and the ultimate motivational vibes.

Flex offers a variety of classes, some that focus more on your arms and abs while other focus mostly on your booty and legs. Both options will leave you feeling the sexiest sore that one could imagine!

Each person has their own transformer machine combining Pilates with strength training and an upbeat playlist to top it all off! There are many exercise options with quick transitions that still allow each student to move at their own pace.

A constant heart pump through out this class will leave you determined to push yourself and believe that you can go beyond your normal limits.
