Zoodle Turkey Bolognese

(You will need: 2-3 zucchini’s, 1 package ground turkey, fresh parsley, basil, 1 cup gluten free breadcrumbs, ketchup, 3/4 white onion, 1 egg, salt, pepper, 1 large tomato and 1 jar tomato sauce)

1) In large pot heat up tomato sauce

2) Chop up tomato and add it to the sauce

3) Add 7-8 fresh basil leaves to the tomatoes sauce mixture. Let simmer.

4) Combine diced onion, parsley, breadcrumbs, ketchup, egg, salt and pepper in large bowl and mix together 

5) Add ground Turkey to onion mixture and use hands to combine turkey very well with the ingredients 

6) Add Turkey mixture to the tomato sauce and stir frequently- switch to medium heat until turkey mixture starts absorbing sauce- then let simmer

7) Spiralize zucchini noodles

8) In medium saute pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil

9) When heated, cook zucchini noodles 3-4 minutes or until soft

10) Put zoodles in a bowl and use a ladle to add the bolognese mixture on top

11) Enjoy!! add parmesan if you’d like
