Hot HIIT was as exactly as it sounds... hot with a hit of SWEAT that keeps you wanting more. The combination of this workout includes muscle toning and cardio in a heated room. 


The idea of this particular practice is to create lean muscle mass, while burning fat. In strengthening your core and improving your overall circulation you will find yourself waking up more flexible than the class before. 

Hot HIIT is performed on a yoga mat the entire class. Each instructor demonstrates the movements so that the students can follow and keep up, without feeling overwhelmed. 


Fun music that makes you want to shake it out, sweat it out and only come back for more. 

Tip: Coconut water before class, electrolytes for the soul!
