Healthy Alibi


Gluten-free Chicken Teriyaki 


(You will need: 1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce, white sesame seeds, 1 package thin sliced breast cutlets, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, scallion, 1 tablespoon mirin, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil and 1/8 cup sesame oil)

1) In a medium bowl, combine gf soy sauce, sesame seeds, honey, garlic, diced scallions, olive oil & sesame oil

2) Mix together with spoon until well combined 

3) Use cooking scissor to cut chicken into small rectangular pieces and add to marinade

4) Put sliced chicken in marinade and use hands or spoon to combine together

5) Put ceraine wrap or foil over bowl, stick in fridge and let this mixture marinate together for up 2-3 hours

6) When ready to cook, use large sauté pan or wok and add marinaded chicken mixture to the pan

7) Put heat on medium-high and let cook, stirring occasionally so chicken cooks evenly 

8) Put in bowl and serve with rice or veggies
