With a solid foundation you will be able to create realistic balance in your life allowing you to maintain a healthy lifestyle that will allow you to feel great. Your journey towards wellness doesn’t have to make you suffer, life is a balancing act, and with the right tools you can thrive without feeling deprived. After we have built a basic foundation of eating and fitness together, everything is possible!

I work with people in 3 month, 6 month or 12 month health coaching programs and also provide grocery and pantry consulting.
